Kids these days are very busy, and that often comes with stress, anxiety, and even behavioral issues. During a crystal kids session, teens will learn a brief overview of our energetic system, also known as our chakras. We will have many crystals available for kids to touch, play with and feel the energy of these magical stones. Once they find a few that resonate with their own personal energy, we discuss why they may have been drawn to this crystal and how it can help them in daily life. We will discuss things such as meditation, mindfulness, setting intentions and writing in a gratitude journal. These are all tools your loved ones can use as they navigate their way through life. Each session is meant to help you gain clarity on the past, present & future. Reiki is a Japanese energy technique used for relaxation and stress reduction. It is a holistic hands on practice meant to help our life force energy flow in a balanced manner. The source of healing is within each of us, and Reiki gives the opportunity to rest and restore. Enjoy reduced pain, healing of the physical body, invoked peaceful energy & expanded awareness.
